About

I build software.

I build software with a simple standard: it should be easy to use, powerful in practice, and worth relying on.

I care less about technical sophistication for its own sake than about what software actually does for the people using it. The products that interest me most reduce friction, create leverage, and make work feel clearer.

Over the years, I’ve built products, hosted nearly 200 conversations with founders, and run events that kept me close to the people building real companies. That gave me a sharper sense of what matters: useful products, good judgment, strong positioning, and teams that know how to execute without adding unnecessary complexity.

I’m currently bootstrapping Collect, which I started a few years ago and am now reshaping into a more AI-native company.

I’m drawn to software that feels simple on the surface, strong underneath, and meaningful in the way it improves how people work.

This site is where I share what I’m building, what I’m testing, and what I’m learning along the way.
